Delaware Farm Bureau announces 2025 photo contest winners

January 11, 2026

The Delaware Farm Bureau Promotion and Engagement Committee received more than 200 entries in its annual amateur photo contest.

Among them, Morgan Webb’s photo captured the judges’ hearts. The image featured a child carrying a lunch pail and walking toward a tractor. For many in the agricultural community, this scene brings back memories of childhood days spent in a tractor cab. Those experiences often spark a lifelong passion for farming, teaching kids early on about the hard work and dedication the industry requires.

Winners were announced Dec. 13, during the Delaware Farm Bureau Annual Banquet in Dover. These photos will be displayed in the Delaware Farm Bureau office in Camden as well as the Delaware Agriculture Museum in Dover.

Awardees include: Morgan Webb, first place; Emerson Hickey, second place; Lois Wilkinson, third place; and Kristen Kemp, fourth place.

Honorable mentions went to: Shelby Alexander, Charlotte Betley, April Doyle, Deborah Felmey, Madison Pete and Tracy Thompkins.

The 2026 contest will begin in May, so farming and photo enthusiasts should get their cameras ready to capture Delaware agriculture this coming year!
